Lunch orders are available at the Junior Campus every day. Please order via the Qkr! App by 8:00am on the day of the order being collected.

Sushi will be available on Wednesday and Friday and must be ordered by 5:00pm the day before the order is to be collected.

Prior to ordering please check that your child's class and campus details are correct.

Middle and Senior Campus

Lunch orders are available at the Middle and Senior Campus every day. Please order via the Qkr! App by 8:00am on the day of the order being collected.

Sushi will be available on Wednesday and Friday and must be ordered by 5:00pm the day before the order is to be collected.

There will also be Counter Sales available at both campuses, every day, please note that payment for counter sales must be made by cash or card (not phone).

Prior to ordering please check that your child's class and campus details are correct.

Qkr!

To download QKR, visit the app store,  google play, or access via your desktop or laptop.

Cancelling a Qkr! Order

Please note: the cut off time for orders is 8:00am, and therefor any cancellations MUST be done before 8:00am. Sushi Order cancellations must be done before 5:00pm the day before the order.
The canteen cannot provide refunds or cancel via the Qkr! system – it must be done by you, the account holder.
To cancel part or a complete order, follow these steps in the Qkr! App:
  • Go to 'My receipts' in the top left menu
  • Click on the order you wish to cancel
  • Select the red 'cancel' circle/icon
  • Check which item or order you'd like to cancel
  • Confirm by clicking 'OK'

Qkr! will then add credit to your account for the amount of the orders/items you have cancelled. The amount of the credit can be deducted from your next order.

If you have any questions about a canteen cancellation/credit please contact admin@customcatering.com.au and someone will respond as soon as possible.

We are unable to accept phone calls or emails to change individual orders.

If your child goes home sick during the day they are welcome to call into the canteen to collect their order, if it is ready.  

What happens if my child has forgotten their lunch?


If a student has forgotten their lunch, they should go to the Office and let the administration staff know.

The administration staff will contact home and give parents the option to either drop the child's lunch in, or for the Canteen to provide a toasted sandwich (choice of either Cheese $3.50 or Ham and Cheese $4.00).

If you choose a toasted sandwich for your child you will receive an invoice from the College.  

If we are unable to reach you, a toasted sandwich will be supplied and invoiced by the College.
